Carlton House Scarborough Hotel

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a fridge which was a nice bonus. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, with everything in its rightful place. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront and in a very peaceful area. We also appreciated how close it was to the bus and train station, making transportation easy. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty food.

The hotel facilities were great, with a fridge in the room to keep things fresh. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the sea front, the South Bay cliff top, and the main beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, nestled within a tranquil area and very near to everything on South bay. It was also very easy to walk into the town centre or the beach and harbour. The room was fabulous and well equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel staff, especially Bilyana, were amazing hosts. From start to finish, their online communication was efficient and their friendliness and helpfulness during our stay were top-notch. They even arranged last minute parking permits for us on our day of travel. We received instant responses and felt well taken care of. The option to buy breakfasts was also a great convenience. this place was clean, had great transportation accessibility, and had a helpful and friendly staff.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It is close to a car park and also offers on-street parking with a parking disc provided. The hotel is situated near the Ramshill shops, Southside, Spa, Esplanade, gardens, and cliff lifts and walks. We found it very easy to access the town either by bus, car or walking. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the fresh bed linen made us feel comfortable and at ease. The beds were incredibly comfy, and we slept well during our stay. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, providing us with helpful service.
