The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was very convenient, right next to the metro station. The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel had a bar area where I could relax and unwind, and there were also tasty biscuits in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious for a city like London. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel's location in the East End was perfect for me to explore the area. It was just a 10-minute walk to the Liverpool Street station, and there were plenty of buses departing directly in front of the hotel. Additionally, the Aldgate East underground station was only a minute's walk away. The convenience of having the underground station and a supermarket close by was a major plus. The bed was comfortable, and the room had coffee and tea making facilities, as well as an iron, which was perfect for getting ready for a friend's wedding. The breakfast was also lovely and was a great cure for our sore heads the next morning.

The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close to an evening function I attended. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options that were regularly replenished. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the facilities in my spacious room left me wanting for nothing. The hotel had a modern and crisp design, with plugs conveniently located under the mirrors.
