We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with amazing grounds and a good spa centre surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were excellent, including clean and comfortable executive bedrooms with delightful sitting areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good service. The breakfast options were varied and of high quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was impeccable. The hotel facilities, especially the pool area, were amazing and perfect for the hot weather. The location by the long pond provided a peaceful break in the beautiful setting of the New Forest. The staff, from the restaurant manager Milan to all the other members, were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time.
Everything was fantastic.
We loved the stunning location in the heart of the New Forest, surrounded by beautiful gardens and magical walking tracks. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly and provided lots of little touches that made our stay enjoyable.
